Miranda Bautch Ridlon is the owner of Ridlon Law Company, PLLC. A fifth-generation Iron Ranger, she is deeply rooted in the community and has built her practice around helping families in Virginia, MN and across the Iron Range. Miranda is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Range Bar Association (past president), Iron Range Equal Justice Committee, and Range District Ethics Committee. She is consistently recognized by the MSBA as a North Star Lawyer for her pro bono service to fellow residents of the Iron Range.
A Summa Cum Laude graduate of Mitchell Hamline School of Law, Miranda received the Cali Excellence for the Future Award in Family Law. She spent time as a judicial law clerk in District Court in Virginia, Minnesota, after working for fourteen years as a family law paralegal before and while attending law school.
With more than twenty years of experience in family law, Miranda focuses her practice on divorce, child custody, parenting time, and adoption. Tami earned a Certificate in the Legal Secretarial Program from Duluth Business University and has over 35 years of experience as a legal assistant. She and Miranda have worked together as a legal team since 2005.
